Call me Eric, people. I use to be a 100+kg fat boy who loves nasi pandang. Nasi pandang is totally a yumyum but it harms me for the past coming maybe say 14yrs which i've stop quite much on that now. Now everybody!, Im a Singapore Fat Boy Slim! HAHAHAHA! Army helps for the effort too. I'm now on regular exercises and boy! who wants to join me for a jog sometimes? Hey! who knows, we can make something out of it! Friendship of a jogging/exercise kakis meant. Or simply u dont exercise, not a problem! I club, sing, mahjong whatever u name it. Just between U and Me.. to be my FRIEND OR FOE. U decide!

didn't manage to update yesterday blog as i was on duty ha... but yesterday was rather fun as i met alot of duty personnel who are from navy and we had alot of fun by going around our camp area exploring it and eating at the same time, not much work to done yesterday too as the DO was quite slack ha... despite all this fun, i feel extremely tired as the day before i went zouk and it was quite fun and guess wat i met a friend from my BMT, he was there too and he say i lose alot of WEIGHT haha and that make my day rite so u all noe lah i ENJOY my day there. OH ya and not to forgot alot of my friend whom i seldom get to see them as i seldom visit zouk say i change alot le and they say i slim down alot N ALOT haha OPPS made myself happy again, HAHAHA... today leh, actually i wanna go for a swim de as i ate alot the day before but i was too tired therefore i ended up sleeping instead hee. but at night i force myself to go for a short run around my neighborhood park and when back home to retrive some of my photo taken before i enlisted. While browsing through those photo i found out one thing, which is I AM REALLY FAT LIKE A PIG!!! hahaha. As i told alot of people i will upload my photo into my friendster to show them the great difference i've made during the time in NS and i have uplaod it but friendster abit laggie therefore i wonder if it had uploaded. If it doesn't i will upload it again as promise... as for my blog i will show u all some photo which i've take with those side view front view all this. thinking that i can send those photo to some slimming centre for advertisement haha... JIAN FEI QIAN, JIAN FEI HOU!!!ha sure alot of people will go to that slimming centre ha... i think now i had lost almost up to 60 kg le and i am glad about it N i will continue losing till i am satisfy maybe to a 70kg ha... sound impossible right but i will try lah... anyway with the help of today blog i will like to thanks those people who had visited my blog, ha hope you all enjoy reading my daily story especially to my long lost friend pls update yourself about mi through this blog ha... cos my name will never disappeared in your heart hahaha... sound so confident i like it cos it is my TRUESELF...
