Call me Eric, people. I use to be a 100+kg fat boy who loves nasi pandang. Nasi pandang is totally a yumyum but it harms me for the past coming maybe say 14yrs which i've stop quite much on that now. Now everybody!, Im a Singapore Fat Boy Slim! HAHAHAHA! Army helps for the effort too. I'm now on regular exercises and boy! who wants to join me for a jog sometimes? Hey! who knows, we can make something out of it! Friendship of a jogging/exercise kakis meant. Or simply u dont exercise, not a problem! I club, sing, mahjong whatever u name it. Just between U and Me.. to be my FRIEND OR FOE. U decide!

hey peoples, today is the first time i took part in a telematch and my team got in third. at first i tot i would be a burden to them but who knows, my grp was the faster to reach the other end. HAHAZ.. got a lot of freebix out of the game as SSC no longer SSU, got in 4th place when competing with those officers....

right now, i believe u guys heard about the officer who died after his completing of the AHM rite. this officer, CAPTAIN HO. he was from my camp ( OCS ), i happened to just passed by him and say i to each other last week and this sunday i heard this shocking news... he is really a good, friendly, humble, helpful officer. he is also a nice officer whom will tok to us and even remember us. as i was always attach to their wingline for outfield small details and stuffs. not only that, whenever i'm free or wanna slack away from works, i will visit their wingline to find YY and ming zhi. with this many visit and encounter with their wingline, i happened to known them better. though CAPTAIN HO was rather low profile over there, but whenever he saw me, or when i drive passed him. without failed,he will either called me by my name and say "hey eric its you again and stuffs.... " or he will wave to me ....

NOW upon hearing this news of his death, i will like to use today blog to send my sincere condolences to him.... TO: CAPTAIN HO ( FOXTROT WING )
